ITEM SOLD IS NOT REFUNDABLE!!!

All damages found must be report to us within 3 days after received.

1 Years warranty cover on labor and parts (exclude battery). Shipment cost back to supplier is bear by buyer side.

We are not responsible for any lost and damage during delivery. Hence you are strongly advised to buy insurance from us. Insurance cost is 2% of the total amount of the goods. Do email us for further enquiry.

Please read carefully of the listing, we will not responsible for your careless.

ONE ON ONE CHANGE(within 1 week)

1) Within the FIRST week, you can request for exchange IF the tablet is faulty. We will exchange you with the NEW tablet pc, same model. The shipment cost is bear by buyers.

WITHIN THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY(MANUFACTURER)

1) You will need to send the faulty tablet to our service centre.( we will provide the address) 

2) the service period will take about 2-3 weeks

3) we will then send back the item to you

4) the shipment cost is to bear by buyers.

in case your tablet pc is faulty, please email to cggcreative@gmail.com your name,model AND problem encountered. 

If you don't email your details BEFORE sending the item, we will not repair your tablet pc. so please follow the rules. We are helping you here.
